By accessing sababufund.org or using Sababu Fund Inc. online services (membership applications, donations, newsletters, member messaging), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Our services

Sababu Fund Inc. is a nonprofit community organization. The website provides information about our mission, membership, events, and ways to donate or get support. Online membership applications and payments are subject to our internal membership rules and approval processes. Submitting an application or payment does not guarantee membership acceptance.

Accounts & accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping login credentials confidential. You must promptly notify us of unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

Payments & donations

Payments are processed by Stripe. Fees, contribution amounts, and refund eligibility (if any) are governed by Sababu Fund policies and applicable law. For payment questions, contact sababufund@gmail.com.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the site
• Do not submit false, harmful, or unlawful content
• Do not use the site to harass members or staff
• Do not circumvent security or access admin areas without authorization

Content

Site content (text, logos, images) is owned by Sababu Fund Inc. or used with permission. You may not copy or redistribute it for commercial purposes without our written consent. Member-submitted content remains subject to our moderation and privacy practices.

Disclaimer

The site and services are provided "as is." We strive for accuracy and availability but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sababu Fund Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits rights you may have under applicable consumer or nonprofit law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes shall be in courts located in Virginia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
